The Orlando Magic are surprisingly one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference this season, and they have a matchup with a surging Cleveland Cavaliers team on Wednesday, Dec. 6. 

Cleveland has won seven of its last 10 games, but they have not even gotten the best play out of Donovan Mitchell since he returned from a hamstring injury. 

This is an interesting matchup since Orlando is set as a four-point dog, but the team is elite against the spread this season, going 15-5 in its first 20 games.

Donovan Mitchell: The All-NBA guard has struggled since returning from a hamstring injury, shooting just 36.4 percent from the field and 22.2 percent from 3 over his last five games. This is a tough matchup against a lengthy Orlando team that ranks No. 3 in defensive rating

Even though the Cavaliers are playing better as of late, the team still ranks 19th in the NBA in net rating while Orlando comes into this game at No. 6. 

The Cavs have really struggled as home favorites this season, going 2-5-1 ATS. 

The Orlando Magic are coming off a bad loss to the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday, but the team has several days off which should help it get back on track. 

With Mitchell struggling, the Cavs have to rely on others to keep them going on offense, and LeVert’s absence gives the team a lack of scoring options. 

I like Orlando to at least cover as an underdog in this one.
