Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. G. player. Arkansas. Moses Moody. . 524

The first two players on this list were clear-cut top-5 picks. These next two are a little further down the board.

The Orlando Magic may find themselves with a top draft pick, but the more likely outcome is a pick in the 5-12 range. Moses Moody would be a fantastic selection for the Magic in the mid to late lottery.

Moody is a 6-foot-5 freshman shooting guard with a 7-foot wingspan. He is possibly the best shooter in the entire draft.

And as we’ve discussed recently — if a guy can shoot, the Magic need to give him a look.

Aside from shooting, Moody continues to improve on defense and has shown the ability to be a primary ball-handler.

Many boards have him close to the top 10 now, if not the top 7, which Moody has earned this year at No. 8-ranked Arkansas. He has led the team to a 21-5 record while averaging 17.0 points per game and 5.8 rebounds per game.

His biggest need for improvement is his physical strength, but at only 18 years old, his body will continue to develop.

Get a glimpse of Moses Moody and Arkansas Friday night at 7:00 p.m. ET in the SEC Tournament against the winner of Missouri and Georgia.
