What do you think will be the biggest surprise for the Orlando Magic this season?

Burnley: Like I said above, I think Jonathan Isaac could take a big step forward this year and start shouldering a reasonable offensive load for the team. If not him, I would love to see Aaron Gordon make his first All-Star team, although I am not sure how surprising that would be.

Palmer: I think the biggest surprise for the Orlando Magic this season will be that barring a catastrophic injury to a starting center, the Magic will end up keeping Nikola Vucevic for the entire season. I just do not see too many deals out there that will be enticing to the Magic as it would require them to add on additional salary past this season and that will probably be a deal breaker.

Rossman-Reich: I think Jonathan Isaac is going to be the biggest surprise for the Orlando Magic this year. There are already high expectations for him. But they all still seem pretty manageable. I suspect though the surprise with Isaac will be how quickly he ascends to the starting spot and makes his impact felt. I believe Isaac is going to be an immediate impact player and likely be a guy who starts even from the start of the season. I think he is that ready. His offensive game will take a step forward where he can hit open shots consistent enough and he works in transition effectively. Isaac hits his expectation for the season much quicker and we have to raise what we think of him.

Racine: I think the biggest surprise for the Magic this season is going to be Jerian Grant. I think he is due for a breakout year. He is going to play the most minutes he has played in his career. Grant is in a great situation to succeed. The Magic need a point of the future, Grant has the potential to be just that.
