Wendell Carter & Marvin Bagley, Duke

vs. Iona, March 15/2:45 p.m. (CBS)

The Duke Blue Devils are locked and loaded yet again. The duo of Wendell Carter and Marvin Bagley have devastated the ACC all year. Duke boasts a 2-seed and is one of the favorites in the tournament.

Both of these players are projected to be taken in the top 10. Bagley has been touted as the better prospect. But as March inched closer, Carter has gained some steam and may be a top-10 pick come June.

Bagley has been phenomenal on offense. The freshman forward averaged 21.1 points per game and shot an impressive 63.0 percent effecting field goal percentage.

Despite Bagley overshadowing him, Carter has been able to post some impressive numbers of his own averaging 13.8 points per game on 56.4 percent shooting.

Both have also been glass cleaners. Carter averaged just more than nine boards per game while Bagley snagged 11.4 per game.

But they are different in some aspects. Bagley will have to grow into his body while Carter is listed at 259 pounds. Carter impacts the game more defensively and has shown flashes of an outside shot.

Bagley, on the other hand, is more polished offensively and uses his athleticism and length to score inside.

Duke should be appointment viewing for Magic fans. Both big men are options for Orlando and could be franchise pieces in the front court.

Although the Magic still have Nikola Vucevic under contract, Jeff Weltman may not be that invested in the veteran.
