Jawun Evans, Oklahoma State
6-foot-1 Sophomore Point Guard

It is no secret the Magic are looking to improve at the point guard position. And thanks to their sudden win-now mentality, they may not be able to get one of the potential superstars in the first round.

If they are looking for a point guard later on, Jawun Evans is one who should get attention.

The former Big 12 Freshman of the Year has had a very solid second season at Oklahoma State. Evans is a solid scorer and a decent jump shooter, despite sometimes being a bit hesitant. Evans is averaging 18.3 points and 6.0 assiss per game for the Cowboys this season.

He is quick, has strong handles and has solid court vision as well. His height is clearly his biggest weakness at 6-foot-1. But his work ethic, 6-foot-4 wingspan and large steal average (2.0 per game) are signals he could be a good perimeter defender despite being short for his position.
