3 Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have been in turmoil for what seems like forever.

The Kings have had six different head coaches in a span of six years and have not made the playoffs since 2007. Despite having who many NBA analysts and fans consider the best center in the league, DeMarcus Cousins, the Kings have struggled to find the right pieces to put around him.

Cousins has been rumored to be on the trading block for the past two seasons as the Kings contemplate blowing up the roster and starting from scratch. He is their best asset and would surely net them something of substance in return for his services.

Cousins being a versatile big man who can post up as well as stretch the floor would be a tremendous player to add to the Orlando Magic.

Orlando has struggled on offense and DeMarcus Cousins is nearly unstoppable on that end. Aside from the offensive numbers, Cousins brings an attitude and passion to the game not matched by many.

The Magic have not had that type of intensity and edge on the team since the Matt Barnes days (also currently with the Kings).

Sacramento has also been long searching for a trade partner for Rudy Gay.

Gay, like current Magic player Jeff Green, has never reached his full potential as forecasted. But Gay is a more consistent threat on the offensive end. The Magic are missing the player they can hand the ball to and create his own scoring opportunities. Gay could fill that void.

Recent rumors of Kings forward Omri Casspi seeking a trade were shot down by the forward. But his decline in minutes under coach Dave Joerger gives off the idea of him being expendable. Casspi can play both forward spots, a characteristic that the Magic love considering the current rosters versatility.  He also made more than 40 percent of his 3-point shots in the past two seasons, something Orlando needs sorely.

If the Magic are looking to make a trade early this season, the Kings should be the first call. Not only are they in a rebuild, but they have multiple players looking to be moved that fill needs for the Magic.
