The Frank Vogel era

Finally — yet most importantly for the franchise itself — fans tuning in this year will witness the beginning of the Frank Vogel era.

Vogel is regarded as one of the best coaches in the league following a successful stint with the Indiana Pacers, where he quickly established himself as one of the finest defensive minds the league has to offer.

With Orlando having made a big splash in the summer to gain new players such as Ibaka and Biyombo, the Magic are set to offer an entirely different product this season. Particularly on the defensive end of the floor.

This will undoubtedly be an exciting journey, regardless if one is a Magic fan, or a neutral viewer.
