Block Party in Central Florida

Since Dwight Howard‘s departure from Central Florida, the Orlando Magic have critically struggled in one (among many) areas: rim protection.

This summer, the Magic sought to rectify this issue. They brought in both Serge Ibaka (in a trade involving Victor Oladipo) and Bismack Biyombo, two of the league’s best in that department.

In fact, fans can expect the pair to bring the Block Party to the Amway Center night in and night out — as they did in the recent preseason loss to the Atlanta Hawks, where Orlando blocked an impressive 10 shots, five of which from Biyombo.

Fans can expect far more excitement on the defensive end this upcoming year than they have in years.
