The Orlando Magic look to make the NBA Playoffs in Frank Vogel’s first year at the helm. The team may find success if Serge Ibaka can create shots for teammates.

The talk throughout Orlando Magic training camp has centered on growing chemistry and building unity within the team.

With so many new players on the roster, the Magic are seeking a way to unify players and teammates and create combinations that work together. Without a star, the Magic will need to work together.

That means the Magic will have to have a lot of assists and even players not known for their passing will have to contribute on that end.

The Magic will ask a lot of their players. A lot more than they may have been asked before.

And that may go double for their biggest acquisition. The player they gave up the most to acquire. Can this player extend his game and get more assists as a playmaking power forward?
