7. Gordon Hayward, Utah

No player probably flies under the radar quite like Gordon Hayward.

Hayward averaged 19.7 points per game last year, matching his stellar 2015 season. The Jazz were a defensive juggernaut and finished a game shy of the Western Conference Playoffs. They are expected to take a big leap next season.

Hayward will remain a part of that. A central part of that on offense too.

Hayward is not a superstar by any stretch. He still needs help creating his own shot, but he does not go too far out of his lane. He finds a lot of success within the role he plays.

Hayward does not get a lot of the national spotlight. The Jazz really do not. But he is a near All Star and could very well make it this year if Utah is as good as many expect entering the season.
