1. LeBron James, Cleveland

There is still no doubt who the top small forward in the league is. It is LeBron James.

Another championship, completing the promise to Cleveland, and all while dominating like he normally does.

James may pace himself more than he used to throughout his career. But James can still put up a big performance when it is called for. James averaged 26.3 points, 9.5 rebounds and 7.6 assists per game. He still posted 25 points per game in the regular season.

James shows no sign of slowing down. He is the best in the league and takes umbrage to anyone not agreeing — maybe a little passive aggressively.

He has a young team that can continue to grown on their own while he paces himself. That is the most important thing for him and his continued dominance. No one has taken this thrown from the King.

And every so often, James has to remind everyone who reigns over this league. He did that in the Finals last year. And that is why he remains on top.
