4. Kyrie Irving

Kyrie Irving is coming off one of the best performances in the NBA Finals that anyone has ever seen. Along with LeBron James, Irving was tremendous as he earned his first NBA championship.

Irving really cemented his status as a top point guard with his postseason performance. He proved he can be a solid defender and an a great scorer. Irving has moved way up my list after this past season, and it is well deserved.

He does have a few weaknesses that leave him just outside of the top three.

Irving is not a good creator. That is a major reason as to why he and James are a successful tandem. Irving is not great at getting his teammates going, so having James handle those duties allows Irving to put up major scoring numbers.
