9. Mike Conley

The highest paid point guard in the league is Mike Conley. He has been a steady hand in Memphis since 2007. Conley is a solid defensive guard and scorer and has been a part of a perennial playoff team with the Grizzlies.

The one knock on Conley is that he has not been able to reach an All-Star Game. Looking at that alone however is unfair to Conley. His numbers may not be anywhere near the level of Stephen Curry or Russell Westbrook, but he definitely makes a similar impact on his team.

Conley is a true leader and has the knack to hit clutch shots.

His presence on the court is not always shown on the stat sheet either. The intangibles Conley has play a big part as to why I think he is a top-10 point guard.

Whether it be the small market or the amount of great point guards in his conference, it is long past due that people give Conley some well-deserved attention.
