Peyton Siva

Another familiar name for Magic fans. Siva was on the Magic’s Summer League roster last year and looked to be competing with Keith Appling for a spot on the roster or at least a preferred spot in the D-League.

It was clear though Siva was not spending another year in the D-League.

After struggling in Summer League for the Magic after his strong showing the year before, he went to Italy and dominated.

Siva led Legabasket in assists with 6.5 per game. He added 13.3 points per game but his team, Juvacaserta Basket, struggled throughout the season. He still struggles to shoot though and that is the big thing the NBA needs to see him improve at.

Siva certainly knows what it takes to be successful in the United States. And he is knocking on the door to the NBA.
