Even without Nikola Vucevic and Elfrid Payton, the Orlando Magic were able to prevail on the road against the Sacramento Kings 107-100.
The Orlando Magic found themselves playing without their starting point guard and starting center Friday night in Sacramento, but the Sacramento Kings were without DeMarcus Cousins and had their own set of problems on both ends of the court.
The Magic stayed ahead pretty much from the opening tip, starting the game on a 12-0 run that left the Sacramento Kings playing from behind. The Magic seemed to be a step ahead of an opponent for once.
Orlando out hustled Sacramento, which was also a welcome change from some of the lethargy that had plagued the Orlando’s play in recent games.
Overall, there were a number of Magic players with standout games but we will look at just a few of that group in these postgame grades.
