The Orlando Magic may be 0-3, but they have gotten some spunk and respect throughout the league. There is work to do, but the Magic have plenty positive.

The Orlando Magic have gotten a few games under their belt and have headed out on the road searching for that first win.

Even with eight preseason games, no one was quite sure what to expect from the Orlando Magic when the games started counting. And even the first three games have provided something of a mixed bag.

The Magic saw themselves lose two leads late at home and then rally back in Chicago only to fall short again. The 0-3 record could easily be 3-0 or at least 2-1.

Alas, Orlando is what its record says it is.

Despite it all, this young team has shown plenty of signs of growth and plenty to latch onto as the season has started to get geared up. There is something to build off of despite the losing so far.

We are going to gather our staff writers each week and state what we learned from the previous week’s games.
