The Orlando Magic have some exciting young players yet all of them could stand to improve quite a bit. Here’s how.

The Orlando Magic have amassed an exciting core of talent with plenty of room to grow.

A young backcourt featuring Victor Oladipo and Elfrid Payton, an offensively gifted center in Nikola Vucevic and a potential star in Tobias Harris to go with some budding talent off the bench has the Magic in a favorable position moving forward.

While these pieces have the Magic pegged as must-watch TV for dedicated basketball fans, it may not yet equate to a whole lot of wins next season. Each of the Magic’s young talents has at least one area of their game they can improve upon to help both themselves and the team take a huge step forward.

Everyone can see the pieces are there. The question for the 2016 season is can those pieces be more than just potential and produce actual wins on the floor.
