B. <p>It was more of the same with Andrew Nicholson when it came to Team Canada. At this point, in Nicholson’s career, it seems everyone knows the parameters of his skill level and ability.</p> <p>With Canada, Nicholson has been able to be the inside-out option that the Magic wanted him to become.
