So many common refrains with the Magic have to do with this bright future complex. A lot of hopes were pinned to the Draft last year and the team crapped out. There are a lot of great prospects in this Draft but probably no breakout stars outside the top-2 in Karl-Anthony Towns and Jahlil Okafor.

We will have this week’s NCAA Tournament to review prospects and May and June to prepare for the Draft, and the Magic’s position in it.

Until then, the young players have to keep trucking along and show that promise everyone seems to believe in at this point.
