Orlando Magic Grades: Orlando Magic 119, Sacramento Kings 114
The Orlando Magic put on an offensive onslaught to defeat the Sacramento Kings. And the source of that offense came from surprising places.
The Orlando Magic put on an offensive show, shooting better than 60 percent through the first half and scoring a season-high 68 points in the first half. Orlando looked to have full control going up by 18 points in the second half.
Things are not that easy. The Kings came back behind 39 points from Rudy Gay and took the lead briefly on three occasions.
But the Magic closed the door by executing some plays down the stretch and draining some big shots to get a 119-114 win at Amway Center on Friday. It was exactly what the doctored ordered for the Magic offensively. Everything seemed to work and a lot of players stepped up with their best offensive performances of the season.
Do not worry about the defender behind the curtain there.
