Jacque Vaughn’s job security has been the big question around the Magic. Any time a team loses like the Magic have lost, it has to raise questions about leadership. Especially since the story seems to remain the “Magic have a bright future.”

No one seems really to argue that. I do not think I am willing to argue that although there certainly seems to be a question of fit as the team moves forward into an increasingly cloudy future.

Nevertheless, the coach is always the first one to shoulder the blame for the team’s struggles.
