That whole talking Playoff thing sure is cute. OK, the Magic are only 3.5 games out of the final Playoff spot. And, technically, one spot behind the eighth-seeded Nets in the Power Rankings. So the dream is not entirely impossible. Far from it.

It only feels like the Playoffs are that far away. The Magic were the biggest risers in Schumann’s power rankings this week, suggesting the team is moving in the right direction. That is always a good thing. The roller coaster though always seems to be ongoing with the Magic.
