Get Aaron Gordon back healthy

Another player the Magic put a pretty big investment in was Aaron Gordon. That 2014 first round pick was a pick the Magic spent two years preparing for. They lost the lottery and ended up fourth.

Instead of going with seeming conventional wisdom, Rob Hennigan drafted another tweener forward with improving shooting ability and a high motor and good character. At least that part had a theme.

The Magic have barely seen the player they spent all that time and energy on though. Gordon played just 11 games before the team discovered he had a fracture in his foot. He has been on the sideline ever since, although his return appears imminent.

Gordon obviously adds a major energetic piece to this team. And they want to see what he can do. Once healthy, the Magic will surely want to unleash him on the world.

Health is the most important thing for the 19 year old. He obviously has a lot of basketball ahead of him. Each bit of experience he gets is a good thing.

Orlando wants to see him on the floor. You can sense how hungry Gordon is to get back out there too. He will get out there soon.
