Yes, this is a bit of the predicament the Magic are in, isn’t it?

They clearly need to find one more piece to complete the team and need some lottery luck to get there. But, they also need to take steps forward. They cannot lose forever. And this team is clearly talented enough to compete for a Playoff spot in the watered down Eastern Conference.

So what to do?

One thing that has to be certain is effort and focus on the gameplan. The Magic may not be able to win on talent most nights but they need to give themselves a chance every night. The fact they have not is why they are slipping.
