5. Seth Curry

Seth Curry may be better known for being the brother of superstar Stephen Curry, or son of former sharpshooter Dell Curry, than his abilities on the court. That doesn’t mean he can’t play though, and he provides the skills the Magic lack. Only his second year out of college, the former Duke Blue Devil has struggled to find a role with an NBA ball club and spent last season in the D-League with the Santa Cruz Warriors. His numbers were impressive nonetheless, posting averages of almost 20 points and 6 assists per game.

He also played a few games for the Magic in the Orlando Summer League, and performed well. He proved he can score, and he proved he can handle the ball. With bloodlines running deep, and his potential to grow with the team, Seth Curry may be a prime prospect, as he could develop into a key role player off the bench for many years. He also comes cheap, Orlando can probably sign Curry to a minimum deal, which aids in maintaining the financial flexibility Hennigan covets.
