I’m going to be honest here. I had no idea who the Bucks’ coach was after Scott Skiles quit. So I looked it up and found it was Jim Boylan. Boylan had a short tenure as the Bulls’ head man. A 46-60 record for your career isn’t very good.

That being said, Erik Spoelstra was hand picked by Pat Riley to run the team after he had taken his leave of absence. Spoelstra has made the playoffs every year and took a team that won only 16 games the year before to a very competitive team in the playoffs.

Spoelstra has a record of 260-134. Substantially higher than Boylan. Let’s not forget the two Final’s appearances and the one championship.
