Putting all the narratives aside, it was extremely fun to watch pissed-off Kevin Durant during that super-chippy Thunder game in which the Warriors proved, for the third time this season, that you can have your cupcakes and eat them too (Sorry).. (46-8). Previous: . Golden State Warriors. 1. team. 41

66. 1) I stand by all my Devin Booker excitement from last week, but 2) his dumb feud with <strong><a rel=. (17-38). Previous: . Phoenix Suns. 28. team

29. team. 38. Things have obviously been rough on the basketball side here, and now the word is Aaron Gordon’s foot injury could keep him out of the dunk contest. This should make nobody happy.. (20-36). Previous: . Orlando Magic

Previous: . Brooklyn Nets. 30. team. 147. A small positive takeaway—the Nets’ defense has been incrementally improving. Small sample size, and their offense has been league-worst in this span, but over the past seven games, their D has been the fifth-most efficient in the league. Baby steps.. (9-45)

The Aaron Gordon foot injury certainly had everyone a bit antsy. There were a few questions about whether Aaron Gordon would miss the Slam Dunk Contest. That is about all the Orlando Magic have to look forward to right now.

Have no fear. Gordon returned to action Monday and looked no worse for the wear. His mobility looked fine as he tried to chase Dion Waiters around screens.

And perhaps Gordon will be in that role everyone wants for him after the trade deadline.
