3. Chris Paul

One of the greatest point guards of all time, Chris Paul still finds himself in the top-three as he enters his 12th season. Paul is a “true” point guard. He plays with a pass-first mindset and is always trying to get his teammates going.

Paul is not only a great passer, he is a really good defender and a capable scorer. Paul has a very, very good all-around game. And, even as he gets up there in age, Paul still is an amazing talent. Hopefully the Clippers have one or two more good runs in them to give Paul a chance to cement his legacy with a ring.

The one knock on Paul is his playoff struggles. But, if you look at his numbers, he plays very well in the playoffs. Whether you chalk this up to the tough Western Conference or inferior talent earlier in his career, Paul is still an all-time great.
