8. Kemba Walker

I was low on Kemba Walker heading into the 2016 season, I was under the impression he may be a little overrated. Walker silenced me and all of his other critics last season. He lead his team to a playoff berth and showed significant improvement on the offensive end.

Walker had career-high totals in points per game (20.9) and effective field goal percentage (.495). And he scored more than ever and was doing it at a very efficient level.

His play last season has solidified him as a top-10 point guard in the NBA.
