Friday, January 8: @ Brooklyn Nets
A brief one-game trip for the Magic this week as they face off against the Nets for the third time this year.
I do not think too much of an analysis is needed for this game, given the two teams faced off just a week ago.
The Magic have been victorious twice so far, though last week’s game did come a little close for comfort.
Since then, the Nets received the disappointing news that Jarrett Jack will miss the season. The point guard was a rare bright spark for the Nets and had been putting up good numbers, including against the Magic.
This task just became a bit easier. This should be a game Orlando can put away easily.
