Certainly Parker is the most complete and ready prospect in this NBA Draft. He seemed to prove that time and time again in his year at Duke. But Andrew Wiggins and Joel Embiid provide a lot of upside and potential for general managers to consider.
As Goodman reports, many NBA executives see this top three as close as any top three in recent memory.
