Around the web: Rashard gets no love

Tim Legler discusses the best 3-point shooters in the NBA in the daily dime, yet leaves out the NBA’s 3-point leader in Rashard Lewis. Not surprisingly, Legler leads the story talking about four white guys with perfect shooting strokes (Dirk, Kapono, Korver, and one of the ‘viches). Just because Rashard doesn’t have a Bill Curley shooting stroke doesn’t mean he’s not one of the premier shooters in the game. He’s shooting nearly 43 percent from 3-point range, and he’s taken the most 3s in the NBA. That’s pretty impressive.

Otis Smith doesn’t get enough credit, says the USA Today.

A few all-star selections including Jameer Nelson: Slam Magazine, Sports Illustrated and Basketball Reference.

Steve Francis has been released by the Grizzlies. Stan Van Gundy bought a new car.

TNT is bring it’s top broadcasting team to the Cavs game on Thursday.
